The biggest advantages of this type of construction are: time to build, cost of materials and the minimal disruption to the site.

Whilst the building is being manufactured in the factory, the site is prepared ready to install the building. This vastly reduces the time on site, allowing projects to be completed quickly with minimal disruption.
As the buildings are of lightweight construction they can be assembled quickly, irrespective of the weather, vastly reducing the overall cost typically 20 sq m of space can be completely assembled in 10 man hours or less.

Our modular buildings typically (depending on ground conditions) do not require the foundations and associated costly groundworks required for conventional build . This minimises the disruption and work to the site and removes a large element of cost compared to conventional construction.

Also as our buildings are unlike many competitors , assembled on site , they are ideal for sites where there may be limited space or access limitations as there is no need for large cranes and the constant flow of articulated lorries as 90 sq m of building can be delivered in one container (this would require at least 6 lorries if factory assembled)

Architects are ideal for buildings that are more bespoke or complex in nature but as most  Modular Homes Group buildings are based around a pre-designed and engineered system, most of our projects do not require one. Modular Homes Group can provide a complete Design and Build turnkey package.

Modular Homes Group  provides technical designs for customer approval prior to the building going into manufacture.

Most projects are limited by the building’s purpose and budget.

With the ever-increasing cost of buying and letting properties and the inconvenience and expenditure of moving and expanding, Modular Design offers an easy, affordable and efficient alternative. The freedom and flexibility that Modular Design provides save  paying out for deposits & legal fees and moving due to size restrictions all a thing of the past. All of our Modular Designs can also be easily expanded and transported, making it ready for when your family and business grows. With our Modular Designs being made of sustainable materials, in comparison to traditional building and design methods, Modular Designs are quicker, easier and much more resourceful and efficient.

Finished products will be delivered by BDP Transport International. From order, it will take between 30-40 days for your Modular Design to be delivered directly to you. All of our Modular Designs are made to be simple to install and maintain and we offer delivery and installation all throughout the UK and Europe.

Our Modular House conversions can be delivered as flat pack for you to arrange the fitting yourself or, alternatively, we can take care of the entire fitting process for you at an additional cost.
